At WebCart Tool, we value our learners and want to provide a fair and transparent refund process. Please read our policy carefully before enrolling in any of our courses.


1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of enrollment.

  • Refunds are only applicable if:

    • The learner has not accessed more than 20% of the course content.

    • The learner experiences genuine technical issues that prevent access to the course, and our support team is unable to resolve them.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Non-attendance of live classes despite access being provided.

  • Course access/usage of more than 20% content.

  • Sharing login credentials or violating our Terms & Conditions.


3. Refund Process

  • To apply for a refund, email us at Info@webcarttool.online with your order details and valid reason.

  • Our team will review your request within 7 working days.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 working days.


4. Course Transfer / Adjustment

Instead of a refund, students may request:

  • Course Transfer – shifting enrollment to another course of equal value.

  • Fee Adjustment – applying the paid amount toward a future batch.
